What we offer?

We offer a vast array of classes which are coached by our diverse team of talented trainers. All we require is space and willing employees. Sessions are generally 45 minutes long but can be any duration, indoor, outdoor or on-line and taken at any time of day - lunchtimes are our most popular! We can fully man your office gym, organise personal training sessions or simply provide one class per week. The options are endless and the package bespoke.
