As of May 2017 all permanent employees of Rothesay Life can elect to use their annual subsidy towards Physical Project's services: Massage Treatment, Personal Training and Gym Classes. Please email RL-HR@rothesaylife.com  to elect to use your subsidy with Physical Project.


Personal Training Information

  • Individual: 1-to-1 tailored training session to help you achieve your own personal heath & fitness goals.
  • Group: Tailored training session based on your fitness goals & the workout/equipment you enjoy. For 2 - 6 people.   

PT is available according to the timetabled slots. However, if they are not convenient for you, please feel free to contact Laura directly to organise a workout outside of these scheduled times.


Gym Classes

Full Body Workout

  • Boxing/Boxfit: Non-contact, full body workout focused on boxing technique, cardio & sparring with pads & gloves
  • Circuits:  Full body workout incorporating cardio, resistance training & body conditioning.
  • HIIT 360: High intensity interval training for whole body. 45min classes all have option to wrap up at 30min if you are short on time, ideal for beginners.
  • TRX: Full body workout using suspension training methods

Targeted Training

  • Express Abs: Short 25 min mat workout to blast the upper & lower abs, back & glutes.   


Personal Training & Gym Classes

How To Book

  1. Select your service and click on your chosen time on the booking calendar, subject to availability. 
  2. On the next screen, enter your details (first time users) or your log-in details (by selecting the "Existing Members" tab).
  3. Click "Next" and complete the steps to pay for your booking.
  • Please ensure you complete and bring along a one-off Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire prior to your first gym or personal training class. This will be emailed to you or a copy can be collected from the gym.
  • It is advisable to book PT sessions at least 24 hours in advance. If you are booking same day, please contact your trainer to confirm availability: laura@physicalproject.co.uk 

A few points about booking....

  • All activities must be paid for at the time of booking. The system provides you with a 2 hour window in which to pay. All unpaid sessions will be cancelled after this time.
  • All services are subject to a 24 hour full fee cancellation policy.
