"Following a BSc in Human Physiology from UCL, I qualified in Sports Massage Therapy in 1999. This took me to Chamonix in the French Alps during the summers of 1999 and 2000 as a MTB guide by day and sports massage therapist at night. Since Autumn 2000 I have been building a sports massage business in London, developing a fantastic team of therapists and working with a huge variety of clients from royalty and rock stars to triathletes and tri-hards .

"I graduated with a level 5 diploma from the LSSM in 2011, since then I have treated recreational and pre-existing conditions: other muscle groups consequently affecting posture, and causing referred pain in other areas.
In 2015 I worked in The Alps for, Morzine Massage; treating skiers and snowboarders, ski instructors, skiers training forEuro Test, locals as well as tourists. Working on groin injuries, ACL and medial collateral injuries; muscle tear recovery and regaining flexibility, I also treated sciatica and planta fasciitis and paraplegics. Preparing some clients for races and treating general injuries.
In 2013, I was part of a group called the, Healing Exchange, where therapists come together and share ideas. We volunteered for team events such as local races (at home and abroad) to pass on any information/skill sharing ideas/courses such as myofascial work. In 2012 I volunteered in a group for the London Marathon working for the charity Meningitis. I treated the runners as they finished the race back to recovery, and home.
I am currently studying part-time at the British School of Osteopathy, while continuing to work as a soft tissue therapist."

"I trained in the London School of Sport and Remedial Massage, WatPo Traditional Thai Massage School in Bangkok, the ITM Massage School and Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I am currently training to become an osteopath in the British School of Osteopathy (BSO).

"Following my time at King's College University London, where I read Philosophy, I started to appreciate the traditional eastern approach to mind and movement from the academic perspective. Continuing my yoga and meditation practice, I eventually ended up as a BWY teacher, a Pilates (Physical Mind Institute) instructor, a Franklin Movement teacher and still a dancer! In New York City, I studied at the world renowned Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance as well as at Ballet Arts. I continued my studies at the Ecole Superiore de Danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower as well as regularly travelling to the 'Centre de Danse du Marais'
and Ashtanga Yoga, both in Paris. I also attended classes regularly at the fabulous Shamila Dance Centre, Dubai, while in the UAE for a client assignment. At the 2012 Summer Paralympics opening ceremony, I was blessed to be chosen as
one of the forty dancers to perform the piece 'The Maze'. I practice meditation in the Buddhist and Yogic tradition and am grateful to all teachers, past and present, with whom I have had the blessing to study."
