Therapists & Personal Trainers
"Following a BSc in Human Physiology from UCL, I qualified in Sports Massage Therapy in 1999. This took me to Chamonix in the French Alps during the summers of 1999 and 2000 as a MTB guide by day and sports massage therapist at night. Since Autumn 2000 I have been building a sports massage business in London, developing a fantastic team of therapists and working with a huge variety of clients from royalty and rock stars to triathletes and tri-hards .
At Physical Project we love helping people realise their goals, be them cycling without neck pain or getting that fitness edge to get back a Strava KOM or achieve a marathon PB."

"I graduated with a level 5 diploma from the LSSM in 2011, since then I have treated recreational and pre-existing conditions: other muscle groups consequently affecting posture, and causing referred pain in other areas.

Working on groin injuries, ACL and medial collateral injuries; muscle tear recovery and regaining flexibility, I also treated sciatica and planta fasciitis and paraplegics. Preparing some clients for races and treating general injuries.
In 2013, I was part of a group called the, Healing Exchange, where therapists come together and share ideas. We volunteered for team events such as local races (at home and abroad) to pass on any information/skill sharing ideas/courses such as myofascial work. In 2012 I volunteered in a group for the London Marathon working for the charity Meningitis. I treated the runners as they finished the race back to recovery, and home.

Pilates & Yoga Instructor
"Following my time at King's College University London, where I read Philosophy, I started to appreciate the traditional eastern approach to mind and movement from the academic perspective. Continuing my yoga and meditation practice, I eventually ended up as a BWY teacher, a Pilates (Physical Mind Institute) instructor, a Franklin Movement teacher and still a dancer! In New York City, I studied at the world renowned Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance as well as at Ballet Arts. I continued my studies at the Ecole Superiore de Danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower as well as regularly travelling to the 'Centre de Danse du Marais'
and Ashtanga Yoga, both in Paris. I also attended classes regularly at the fabulous Shamila Dance Centre, Dubai, while in the UAE for a client assignment. At the 2012 Summer Paralympics opening ceremony, I was blessed to be chosen as
one of the forty dancers to perform the piece 'The Maze'. I practice meditation in the Buddhist and Yogic tradition and am grateful to all teachers, past and present, with whom I have had the blessing to study."
Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist
"From a small town in Australia, I have always loved the power of healing touch. This passion eventually lead me to become qualified with a Certificate 4 in relaxation massage in 2013, and then my Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2014. (UK level 5 equivalent). Since graduating I have worked in Australia in Sports Massage with football clubs, with athletes on Mount Hotham alpine resort, and in Australia's leading 5 star day spa in Hepburn, where I was lucky enough to regularly treat celebrities and sports stars. Sports and Remedial massage is where my passion lies. I love to meet regularly with my clients and work together to help you achieve whatever goals you have, from rehabilitation to increasing flexibility, training for a marathon or just general release from daily aches and pains. I pride myself on a holistic approach that seeks to treat causes rather than symptoms, and share any guidance I can that may improve your day to day life. I moved to London to study last year, and have just returned for two years in this exciting city. I like to to keep fit running, at the gym and OC racing."
Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist & Pilates Instructor
"As an Sports Coach, Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Semi-Professional Triathlete, training to become an Osteopath I have a really in depth understanding of the body and Mind.
I started racing Ironman in 2017 and qualified for Ironman 70.3 world championships in June 2018. My fast success as a developing athlete is down to my healthy lifestyle through consistency, good nutrition, putting in the hours, passion and enthusiasm and I strive to tune this into my patients and fitness clients to help them with their own health and wellbeing.
I teach Pilates, strength and condoning, and High intensity intervals training and guide people how to develop endurance training because I believe that all 4 of these components should be included to build the best environment for the body to function to its optimum standard."
"I have worked in the fitness industry for 7+ years.
Prioritising health & fitness are important because both can change a person's outlook on life and help overcome diversity. I help change people's body composition and balance life's stresses through exercise & nutrition. My approach to training is simple, I get clients moving again and use basic resistance training. I help them progress, move forward and constantly motivate them to push for better. I want clients to enjoy their workouts and the journey to reaching their goals.
My core beliefs in fitness are balance and flexibility. That means training and diet shouldn't dictate how you lead your life but become part of it. With the help of myself we can create a plan together that is sustainable long term, because consistency is absolutely key to change."
Personal Trainer & Boxing Coach
"With extensive training experience, I'm a strength trainer and Ricky Hatton qualified boxing coach who understands that an atomistic approach to health is rarely beneficial in achieving an absolute lifestyle and so chooses to focus on a holistic approach; strengthening not only the body but also the mind.
Leading a number of functional high intensity interval workouts to maximise results and boxing sessions to instil drive and discipline, a session with me will nurture a desire in you to increase your strength, agility, cardiovascular fitness and overall physical conditioning, enabling you to reach your genetic potential."
